From April 2000, She participated in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and a genome network project as an associate professor of Keio University (Grad. Sch. Sci. & Tech.; Adv. Res. Cent.) for approximately ten years. In April 2011, She began working as Head of the Division of Interactome Medical Sciences, the Institute of Medical Science, the University of Tokyo.
